First step in Asia & Oceania was a big success
First Asia & Oceania Raffa Championship was held in New Delhi, India from the 1st to the 4th of December. A referee seminar and Foundation Assembly of Asia & Oceania Bocce Confederation were also organized along with the championship.
In the championship the winners of the gold medals were; Double Men (Hong Kong), Double Women (Japan), Mixed Double (India), Single Men (Hong Kong), and Single Women (Japan). See all RESULTS.
Before the start of the competition, A Referee Seminar was held by the CBI instructor Serafini Massimo. 18 participants from different countries followed the seminar and completed it successfully.
On the 2nd December Foundation Assembly of Asia & Oceania Bocce Confederation was held. At the beginning of the assembly, CBI president Mutlu Turkmen, Vice President Moreno Rosati, Board members Claudio Knecht and Maurizio Mularoni connected to the assembly from Italy and addressed to the assembly. CBI Secretary General Yacine Kafi attended to the assembly in New Delhi and opened the meeting.
At the end of the assembly, a temporary executive committee was established composed of;
