Italy dominates European Championship with 4 golds
Italian team dominated European Seniors Championship held in Innsbruck, Austria from 10th to 14th September 2019 winning 4 gold medals.
15 national teams competed in the championship which will qualify the first 7 nations in each category separately for the 2021 World Championship.

Austrian Bocce Federation with cooperation to ESK Tivoli Club organized a flawless championship which was run with the new CBI technical rules. All the participants were pleased with the quality of the organization and the adaptation of the new rules set.
The championship was a big success for the Italian team which finished with 4 golds and 1 bronze in 5 categories. Austria as the host also managed to win 1 gold in single men category with the World Champion, Niki Natale. In the country ranking, Italy (147p) ranked first and Austria (59p) second were followed by Turkey (39p) as the third with 2 silver and 1 bronze medal, and San Marino (27p) the fourth and Switzerland (27p) the fifth with the same points.
