Tre discipline di sport da bocce, Raffa, Lyonnaise e Petanque, sono state incluse nella 3a edizione di African Youth Games. Le competizioni sono state giocate dal 23 al 27 luglio. L'organizzazione è stata un successo totale per le 3 discipline.

World Bocce Championship, with the new format and new disciplines, was held successfully in Tucuman Argentina between the 5th and the 10th of March 2019.    

After Tarragona 2018 where Raffa was represented with 1 sole discipline, Raffa took its full representation in Oran 2022 with all 4 disciplines, being played successfully. 

CBI President, Mutlu Turkmen, visited the two Algerian ministers and the centre for African Raffa Confederation before and after the Mediterranean Games competitions.

European Juniors Championship in Rome was finished with the amazing performance of the athletes on the final day. 

The World Juniors Bocce Raffa Championship was held in Oran, Algeria from 19 to 23 September 2023, simultaneously with the World Juniors and Espoirs Bocce Volo Championship. 

The 15th National Petanque and Bocce Championships for Men and Women, together with the 16th General Assembly of the Iran Petanque and Bocee Association, were organized successfully at the newly opened center of this association talent identification and development located in the South-West of Iran in the Shahid Ghorbani International Sport Complex, Ahwaz City, Khouzestan Province during Feb 20-25, 2024.

The World Bocce Championship kicked off with a spectacular opening ceremony. Thirty-six teams representing all the regions of the world marched from the sports hall to the Kemer city centre, where the official ceremony was held. 

President of the Confederazione Boccistica Internazionale (CBI), Dr. Mutlu Türkmen, visited the General Director of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Youth and Sports, Mr. Elnur Memmedov. The visit was accompanied by the Deputy Parliament Member of Azerbaijan, Dr. Naqif Həmzəyev, who expressed his support for the promotion of Bocce in the country, and the CBI Medical Committee Member, Dr. Umit Yildirim.  

The 2025 CBI World Juniors Bocce Championship officially began in Plaintel, France, with a vibrant opening ceremony that celebrated unity, youth, and the global spirit of sport.

The World Junior Bocce Championship 2025, held in Plaintel, France, from 28 October to 1 November 2025, concluded with remarkable performances from young athletes representing five continents. The event, organised under the auspices of the Confederazione Boccistica Internazionale (CBI) and hosted by the French Boules Sports Federation (FFSB) and the Plaintel Bocce Club, gathered 22 federations from 21 nations in a celebration of precision, strategy, and fair play.
