During the World Bocce Championship, the CBI General Assembly will be held in Kemer, Antalya - Türkiye.  

 

CBI GENERAL ASSEMBLY AGENDA

(26^th October 2024- MERSİN/TÜRKİYE)

1-     Welcome & Roll-call

2-     Approval of the agenda items 

3-     Approval of the CBI Statute modifications  

4-     Verification of members according to the new statute

5-     Approval of the financial reports and Auditors Committee report  

6-     Approval of the technical and referee committee report  

7-     Approval of the executive committee report  

8-     Authorizing the executive committee to fix membership fees   

9-     Elections of the president, the two vice presidents, the secretary general (will be nominated by the elected president), the athlete’s representative, and the seven members. One candidate may bid for all positions except SG, whom the president nominates. If she/he is elected for a higher position, she/he will not attend the rest.   

(7 Members will be elected as the executive committee members. There should be one member representing each continent and two of the members should be of different gender. The presidents of four Continental Confederations will be automatically elected as supplementary members as long as their task continues as the president.)
